Welcome to Christoval Baptist Preteens!
Our Preteen Ministry is designed specifically for 5th and 6th graders. This age can be challenging as many students are too old for the Children's Ministry but are not quite ready for the Student Ministry. Our Preteen Ministry focuses on specific issues that 5th and 6th graders encounter as they transition from Children's Ministry to Student Ministry.
Weekly Activities
We meet Sundays at 9:45 a.m. in the Youth House throughout the year and Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. during the school year. During these times, preteens will have the opportunity to learn from the Word of God and see how the Bible speaks to topics preteens often encounter.
Preteen Camp
This year (2021), our preteens attended camp at Alto Frio and were blessed with hearing His Word and being led by a wonderful team!
Next summer camp (2022) will be announced once it has been decided. We always need male and female sponsors to chaperone at the camps our preteens attend, so prayerfully consider this for the upcoming year! You will get just as much out of the camp as the preteens.
Scholarships are always available for any child that wants to go to camp, but doesn't have the means to do so.
